What's cooking This Week 


Fresh meals for busy people!

Each week our culinary team prepares chef crafted ready-made meals and sides that

help you put fresh, quality ingredients on your table without

the planning, prep, and clean up.

Our meals are fully cooked and ready for a re-heat when you are. 

 A limited number of meals are prepared each week.

We will update the site with new meals every Tuesday and continue to add as they are placed in the cases. Typically, you will find the majority of meals prepared and ready by Thursday.

  Our team will do our best to keep the items listed below up-to-date when sold out

but we can not guarantee availability. 


When reheating ensure items reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees
All items can be microwaved for reheat but we have also included stove and oven option

4 Cheese Lasagna 

Hand-made Lasagna made with Pecorino, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Ricotta and our Sunday Gravy.

Microwave - 2 Minutes
Oven - To Speed up the process, microwave for 1 minute, put in a pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature get to 165 degrees. 



Baked Potato- Sold Out

Baked Potato. 

In oven at 350 for 10-15 mins or until hit internal temp of 165.


House Made Steam Buns 

House made Steam buns with fried pork and pickled veggies.

In Microwave add a damp paper towel over the top of the buns. Heat for roughly 45 seconds or until warm.


Roasted Pheasant Penne Pasta

Roasted pheasant Penne pasta with arugula, lemon roasted tomato, and garlic.

Large Sauce Pan, Medium heat, add a little olive oil, Stir 2 minutes until hot


Vietnamese Pork Belly

Vietnamese Pork Belly with pickled slaw over white rice and cilantro. 

Microwave - 2 minutes, Stove - Put Pork in small pot on low heat. Cover with lid. Simmer while stirring. 10-15 minutes. Rice reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.



Roasted Broccolini with lemon

Roasted Broccolini with lemon. 

In Sauté pan with a little oil and warm till hot.
In microwave warm till hot.



Southwest Pinto Beans

Southwest pinto beans

Oven- cover with foil 350 for 5-10 mins or until hot. Stovetop- Mix in Sautee pan stir on low for 3-5mins or until warm.

Oven- cover with foil 350 for 5-10 mins or until hot. 


Roasted Pork with Chorizo - Sold Out

Roasted Pork with chorizo, salsa Verde, white rice and queso.

In a sauté pan, add a little oil to warm up rice. Microwave or heat up beef separately until hot.


Chorizo, rice and queso stuffed pepper - Sold Out

Chorizo, rice, and queso stuffed poblano peppers with red sauce 

Oven - 350 degrees for approx. 25 minutes or until hot.



Bell and Evan's Half Chicken- Sold Out

Bell and Evan's half chicken with pinto beans, tomatillo Rice, and charred sarano pepper

Oven- cover with foil 350 for 10-15 mins or until hot. Stovetop- Mix in Sautee pan stir on low for 10-15mins or until warm.


Avocado Ranch Dressing

Avocado ranch dressing pairs well with tacos or chips.
